Importers, manufacturers, producers, or anyone doing trade in the Maltese market is required to recover and recycle the packaging generated through such an activity. By joining the GreenPak Scheme, an operator automatically transfers these obligations onto the scheme. The legal requirements are defined in LN277 of 2006.
 Services to Members (Reporting and Compliance Paperwork)
The range of services offered to GreenPak members include:
- Assistance with MEPA annual registration
- Quarterly and Annual reports to MEPA on behalf of our members
Any data submitted to MEPA is done so in a holistic manner and confidentiality is assured.
